ENROLL IN PT EDUCATION – AND ALSO GET 30 CREDIT CREDITS?
On this course you will learn so much about exercise and health that right after finishing school you can become certified as a Personal Trainer in collaboration with AFPT . They are the largest in the Nordic region in PT education. In fact, you can get 30 credits included if you wish. This happens in this case via Volda University College. Normally this costs 60,000 NOK. You get it included in the course costs.
Contents
During the year you will learn about training methods, program design, nutrition, anatomy, physiology, exercise science, mobility, injury prevention, endurance and much more.
Training
The classes will take place at Sporty's two fitness centers in the city. Here you will find a crossfit rig, a spinning room, a group training room and all the equipment and free weights you need. For 500 NOK for an entire school year, you have free access to the fitness center, climbing hall and water park.
Folk high school year
And you get more: Along with other lines, you get ball games, surfing, RIB, water sports, climbing, Via Ferrata and summit tours on skis and on foot in the rugged Sunnmøre Alps. In November, a training camp awaits in warmer climes with lots of workshops. In short, you get the best of training and a folk high school year.
Competence
If you want PT certification, you must of course be motivated to work purposefully in your free time. If you pass a practical and theoretical test right after school, you will have an EHFA level 4 certification, which makes you very attractive as a PT at home and abroad. In addition, you can get 30 credits.
Actually, the choice is easy: Just pack your gym bag and come!
