YOU'VE ALREADY HAD IT: IT'S NOT LONGER THAN ONE YEAR. YOU WANT MORE!

You will be a second-year student. This is a year with a focus on theoretical leadership training and practice as a supervisor. As a friend and supervisor, you will get close to students and employees.

You will be given co-responsibility for the social school environment and will be given tasks linked to the practical school routine. For this reason, you will not pay tuition fees. Applicants will be interviewed on this course and there are limited on how many we can accept.

Study trip

The fellows are linked to various lines of study.

In addition to the Leadership Training course, as a fellow you also follow another class. Your study trip is then the same as the class you are traveling on. For most people on Leadership Training, this will mean the same trip that you yourself took the previous year. This makes you even better equipped to be a resource person for teachers and students – both academically and socially.

For the school year 2025/26, the State Loan Fund provides a full scholarship and a loan for 10 months of NOK 151,690 ( www.lanekassen.no ). Adjusted figures from the Loan Fund for 2026/27 will be available as soon as they are ready.

The amounts in the line supplement are taken from the budget. The school therefore reserves the right to make changes due to exchange rates, airfares and other circumstances that we have little control over.
